AC isnt working, smoke infested room ( I asked no smoking room) smoke detector on top of TV cabinet. Got bit by possible bed bugs. Horrified and disgusted. Called the hotel several times yesterday no one picks up the phone. Wont be coming back!

It is the second time we have stayed at this place and we really like how easy it makes our stay in Santa Cruz, very close to the Boardwalk and the kitchenette has the necessary space to cook

It was easy to find and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. It was technically clean but felt grimy because the room needs new paint.

The property had comfortable beds and DISH TV so we were able to catch Top Chef and have a pizza delivered to our room so it was cool. We werent in our room that much except for the first night.

There wasnt one thing I liked about this hotel! And they raised the prices ridiculously because it was bottlerock weekend. What a rip off! Also the inside of our room was gross too with stuff running down the walls and no fitted sheets, & was smelly.
